His personal accounts boast his high-class life while his company receives backlash for low wages and poor work conditions. Rightly used social media: Emily Weiss, Glossier.

Rightly used social media: Emily Weiss, Glossier. Glossier is one of the first Instagram brand pages. They aim to create personal conversations/experience with their audience to enhance their brand. Short descriptions of main topics: Intro: Introduce both brands and their leaders, backgrounds, and brand history on social media Body: Discus the approaches of each companies’ social media strategy. Discuss the rights and wrongs of each company. Discuss how this effects public image and support of company.
