Paper details In chapter 11, you were introduced to a broad overview of what the journey toward improved cultural capacity (competence) involves. You were introduced to why this journey is one that Christians should want to undertake. Table 11.7 (page 356) provided you with a list of interpersonally anchored skills that one on this journey pursues. Using the constructs learned in the book thus far, select one of those multicultural skills (table 11.7) and deconstruct (using constructs from the text thus far) the process by which one might develop those skills.

Multicultural Competence

Specifically, what ecosystemic, situational, intrapersonal, interpersonal, organizational, and spiritual contexts/dynamics would need to be in place for the successful formation of that skill? Each of these skills are written simply and straight forward, but developing them is anything but simple and straightforward. Unpack the skill with the micro-existential, cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and interpersonal skills that would need to be exemplified in the exercise of that skill.
