Table of Contents: detailed ToC which comes after the cover page 3. Part A:   Remember this is the formal part.  Write academically and in 3rd person (do not use “I” or “me”).  It’s critical you demonstrate your critical reasoning skills and apply a career theory.  Also, reflect on what Employability means and what skills are in demand.  Other themes to consider affecting employability is the Blockade against Qatar State, Covid-19, etc.

4. Part B: o Please be critical and reflect on the many psychometric tests you completed, reflect on their results and what it means for your career choice. Additionally, you may complete a SWOT analysis to consider your test results and opportunities and aligned ‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍to your graduate position.  Your 10 year plan must make sense and demonstrate the future roles/career you are aiming for, as well as what are the learning gaps at each stage, as well as how you will address the learning gaps (further training, courses, accreditation, etc).  https://youtu.be/3lfztGzzRyI

You may want to also consider a timeline graph to easier demonstrate your 10-year plan and then discuss it in detail 5. Part C: o Include screenshots for each psychometric test completed and a brief analysis on the outcome/score of the assessment. Your application form, cover letter and CV needs to be current, completed and aligned with your graduate position (the position you will be aiming to apply to after graduation) (assume that my aim position is in human resources).

OTHER IMPORTANT MATTERS: o Font: Times New Roman, font size 12, line spacing 1.5.  APA style referencing.  Also, include page numbers bottom right corner.  Lastly, please review the marking rubric to understand where the marks will be allocated and what is expected in ter‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍ms of quality
